I agree with Sarah that Walter's idea may not be secure for us. Let's keep this place for selling prints.

Now what I would like to see:
Prints on perspex
Prints on aluminium
[how about some real top-end product options for our artwork ImageKind?]

Multiple upload option, better still, an FTP upload option, maybe a widget, or an extension for iPhoto, Aperture or Lightrom to export direct to ImageKind.

The option to delete comments would be nice [mine have been allright, but I know some would like this, for their own comments too]

Customisable shop front templates for Pro / Platinum members

A blog page for each Pro / Platinum member [how about giving us a bit more bang for our buck?]

All in all, I love ImageKind, and I wouldn't change much, but I would add more.

I'm new to ImageKind and think the site is great- clean and easy to get around. I haven't had time to look at all the thoughts and comments in this forum, but one suggestion occured to me (maybe it has already been mentioned). Being a professional artist that shows in several galleries, what about hiring/getting a different guest curator, a respected professional from the art world, to curate a show of members art on the site? Sort of "Curator's or Critic's Picks" (like Netflix has "Critic's Picks"). Or have some kind of juried and themed exhibition on a monthly basis? That may be a good way to get some buzz and traffic to the site as well as a way to focus attention on various members work. It would be a good balance to the "Most Popular" or people's/viewer's choices. Thanks.

Cheers,
Philip

Feature I need ImageKind to provide right now that they don't:
1. the ability to select the image shown on my home page that represents a given gallery. I want to beable to click and drag an image to appear as the galleryt cover image [Flickr has a similar feature in set edit functions]
2. the ability to rename a gallery. I mistakenly assumed I'd be able to do this, and found that I made a new gallery today, realised I needed to change the name, couldn't, and so had to shift all my images back to another gallery, and delete the one named in error. I hate to say it, but Flickr also offer a similar feature in set edit!

Perhaps ImageKind should take a closer look at some of the features offered by Flickr, and follow their lead in image management tools. The ability to manage my own uploads, pricing, framing options and other featuures is a bonus of ImageKind for me, but being also a Flickrite, I find the interface a bit liimiting in some image management areas.

Sorry to beat you with a stick ImageKind, I love you really...
