Hi,

I think IK are doing a fantastic job on all fronts....we know how hard you are all working on our behalf....so this is not a criticism, more like a wish....coming from another Mac user.....hope it won't be too long before we get our bulk uploader tool too!

(In the meantime, I'll take your advice, Travis, and try with my Virtual PC program...)

Thanks!

Hello
thanks for the uploader, it helps a lot and it is so simple and easy to handle.
Martin

P.S.: I read about the Holzbrinck "deal". Please keep me posted about the expansion in Europe. If same quality and service will be available on the continent I would love to use it to save time and money on shipping.

I just used the uploader it and worked like a treat to upload my first gallery to IK! Just FYI, .NET 3.0 has gone official (RTM) - but, I haven't seen nor heard much usage of it yet. One of the nice parts about .NET is the ability to have multiple versions installed and used at the same time (for instance, I have 1.0, 1.1 and 2.0 on this machine). Ok, I'm a programmer geek. I admit it.

Nice job, though - the app. worked a treat!

-Doug

p.s. Mac support shouldn't be too hard, since I assume this app. is web services based.

Travis - Thank you!

I was concerned that you wouldn't be uploading the original file at it's original size...

Mark,

This tool creates all of our previews and thumbnails for the site from your original image - then it uploads all of those little images along with your original image to the appropriate places on our servers.

So, this program takes your original (what should be a very large file), and resizes it for the purpose of creating previews.
