Some New Features
Share and discover your favorite art on Imagekind! With the launch of our new community, we have also implemented some really cool new features. Now you can easily embed your artwork on Imagekind to your site, networking page or blog with just a simple copy and paste action. This new feature also lets you embed your image in the new Imagekind forums!

On every artwork page, under the “share” feature, you can now select to “Clip Image ID.” A box will then appear so you can copy and paste the code where you want! Notice there are two different boxes to copy from, the top is the code for the Imagekind forums. The bottom code allows you to embed your images outside of Imagekind.
As if that’s not exciting enough, we have also launched the ability to select and save your favorite images on Imagekind! This feature is also available from every artwork page. Now, with just a simple click of the mouse, you can add an image to your favorites to view later, whenever you are on Imagekind.
A few more features we’re sure you’ll love!

I’m extremely surprised to see this feature in place and even advertised
How are you dealing with the copyright restrictions relating to the individual artwork of individual members?
A most excellent set of features. I don’t know how many times I have almost gone through the trouble to give someone a boost because I liked their work and yet I have not followed through because of the extra effort involved. I know for some this is like spreading butter on a crumpet but not for me. Many thanks to those involved.
Unfortunately I’m not a techno and I find the above descriptions a little lacking in clarity… Can’t seem to get the Clip Image ID working…Have tried the above to no avail…all that comes up is a little hand that says ’share with the community’ and then takes me ‘to the community’ page…but I wanted to add it to some other sites I’ve got up and running e.g. myspace…Any ideas welcome.
Cheers jan.s
Hi Katherine. We make every effort to ensure users are not illegally displaying your artwork. Using the Imagekind features correctly, ensures against this.
Thanks Rich, we’re glad you like them!
Jan, I am not sure what the exact problem is. If you’d like, feel free to pose the question in our online help forum.
I love it … it is everything we artists that used the other forum regularly, asked for!!! THANK YOU!!
Jan, to use your images on your webspace you will need to still do the html version of embedding images… The clip ID only works in the IK forum.
you’re welcome! Thanks for joining us!
