  • Donating a piece of art for auction.
  • Designing a logo or brochure pro bono for a nonprofit that truly changes lives.
  • Teaching art classes to at-risk kids.
  • Giving proceeds from the sale of a piece of artwork to a favorite charity.

The number of ways we improve humankind through our art is limitless!

We know you’re out there! You use your artwork to make the world a little better than you found it and we want to celebrate our artists’ efforts! How have you impacted your community through your good deeds? We know everyone has a story to tell. Won’t you take a moment and let us know? Being a visually-oriented kind of place, we’d love to see a photo from the event, too!  Tell us all about it!

UPDATE
Thank you everyone who contributed to our project by sumbitting a story! Please keep them coming as we’ll be posting the first story shortly and want to make sure we keep shouting out the good work you do! What fantastic stories our artists have!

thank you for featuring my image. This image was actually used for a fund raiser for my neice who has leukemia. She’s 13 month old http://www.sophiesfund.org and we did a great photographer driven fund rasier, raising over 20,000 !

Thanks Bonnie. You’ve inspired me. Literally while I was reading your post I had an epiphany. I could see this event so clearly. I’ll hang my photographs in a local coffee house, 16×20 prints with clothes hangers so to keep the costs very low for me and I think it will look quite cool like an old dark room. I’ll choose three or so of my favorite local charities and hold a silent auction. Hoping to support the coffee house by people buying a coffee as they look at the images. Helping to promote my new business. Helping my spirit and the people who donate. Helping the charities obviously. A all around WIN! Thank you for inspiring me!!! Rest assured I would take photographs at this event ;)
