I’m sorry guys, but I hate the new admin area. And I’ve heard the same thing from a lot of other users. The reason is that it is now quite laborious and time consuming to find out if you have any new comments, or if you have any sales. How about adding an aggregate page at the beginning – something that shows instantly if there are new comments and/or sales.

Thank you for taking the time to reply, I appreciate that. Another potential problem is that you don’t list tracking numbers in the purchase history, so it was difficult to track a shipment from you. I did get the shipping confirmation e-mail, but I didn’t have access to it when I needed to track.

The quality of the print I ordered was stunning and beautifully framed. I was extremely pleased with it.

One suggestion I have is that there be a way to pick one image in each gallery to show up as a representative of that gallery on our main listing.

Other than that I like everything although I’m still not sure how the affiliate stuff works with shareasale.

I absolutely agree with Mary’s post from 12:06 in which she hates new admin area — it is not so clear as the previous one and … few questions:

I want to delete gallery. How can I do that?
There is just a command to delete artwork one by one which leaves empty gallery still present.
Or I’m missing something?

Before recent changes it was possible to see comments about ANY artwork in ANY gallery.
Now, if I want to see if someone posted a comment I have to check artwork by artwork in every single gallery. I have 23 galleries (don’t know how to delete one) with more than 200 pictures and that’s simply too time consuming.
Or, again, am I missing something?

The above applies in a way to sold items. Is there any place, accessible without too much clicking through links, where I can see if something was sold?
Just like it was before.

I agree with Mary that it is difficult to see comments without viewing each image in each gallery individually. It would be better to have some sort of a summery link where you could view comments and sales.
