To call Lisa Kimberly’s photos edgy would be an understatement.  But to call her work original, thought provoking and beautifully executed would be highly apropos. Through the lenses, she creates arresting images that merge reality with fantasy. Not content be typecast in any one genre, she shoots everything from beautifully photographed travel pictures to avant-garde conceptual work. In “there’s something wrong with my head” Kimberly uses a sense of irony to get her point across.
