EDITOR’S NOTE:
We are closing this post now and moving this into the Imagekind Art for Humankind feature on the main site. If you are an Imagekind artist and would like your work to be included, please send an email to bpipa dot imagekind.com with the link to the image you’d like us to feature. Also, please make the necessary edits to your image descriptions to indicate the organization you are donating to, the time frame, and what you will be donating (ex 100% of proceeds through June 2011) to let buyers know how their purchases will be supporting the relief efforts.

Also, a huge thanks to all the artists! We are having a fantastic response to Imagekind for Humankind so please be patient as we add artists wishing to participate. And again, thank you for using Imagekind to help humankind!

Imagekind is leaving it to the individual artist to decide which organization he/she elects to donate proceeds in the global relief effort and Imagekind is not coordinating the donations. Many people have a particular organization that is near and dear to their hearts and we feel it’s best to let the artist decide how their proceeds can best help. As such, the artists will handle the logistics of the donations and we will do our best to promote their efforts.
